Next up is the washing soda, it's a salt of carbonic acid, a chemical that produces a wide range of salts collectively known as carbonates. It’s all round purpose makes it a special cleaning agent, from cleaning stains in your sink, giving your dishwasher a deep clean, to cleaning the hard water buildup in your toilet bowl, Borax has a number of ways it can be used. Generally, Borax though has been found as safe to use as a cleaning product if you take the appropriate precautions. Borax doesn’t contain any phosphates or chlorine but should still be handled with care as it can be classified as toxic. Borax also has a powerful antifungal property. So, what is this concoction of ingredients and what makes them so special to do a strip wash?
